Fee Payment

School Fees are payable in advance of the start of term or by an agreed monthly instalment plan

  • If you have any queries with regards to the payment of fees, please contact the Finance Office on XXXX

  • If fees from a prior academic year are outstanding, the student will not be permitted to enrol for the new academic year until all debt is cleared.

Please note if payment is not made by the listed deadlines, your child will not be able to attend school.

An additional interest and/or admin fee may be charged for late payment.

  • In the case of outstanding fees, the debt will be actively pursued by the Finance Office. The matter may also be passed to an external debt collection agency, incurring additional costs.

  • A minimum of a full term’s notice must be given, with fees liable up to the end of the notice period.

For example, for pupils not returning for the school year starting in September, notice would need to be given before the start of the previous school year’s Summer Term (so by the Easter break).

To vacate a place in the Spring term (starts Jan) notice would need to be given before the start of the Autumn Term - ie before the start of the school year in September.

To vacate a place in Summer Term (starts after Easter), notice would need to be given during the Autumn (Sept-Dec) term - ie before the start of the Spring term in Jan.

Once notice is given the class place will be automatically made available to the class waiting list. It is not routinely possible to give notice and remain in class post the notice date.

Our School Class Reps

The Class Rep is a voluntary parent role that supports the Class Teacher and school. The rep/s are chosen with the Class Teacher and the responsibilities are taken on by 1-2 parents per class.

Class reps provide an invaluable role in helping with school trips, co-ordinating general class queries and supporting fundraising logistics (Winter Fair etc). Reps need a valid DBS for trips.

All Class reps work is on behalf of the school and only carried out with prior agreement from the class teacher and the school.

Class reps book meetings with the Class teacher via Parent Comms. Reps do not deal with main school administration, complaints or queries relating to individual pupils which should always be directed formally via Parent Comms.

School Communications

When, Who & How to contact school

  • Your primary point of making contact with school.

    Use this to:

    • Let us know you are running late for pick up

    • Book a 1-2-1 meeting with your child’s teacher

    • Book a meeting with a subject teacher following discussion with Class Teacher

    • Let school know of a change in pick up arrangements

  • To arrange a meeting with your Class Teacher or if you have a query specific to your child’s learning, please email Parent Comms with the teacher details in the email header

Please include your child’s initials and Class number (rather than child’s full name)

Between 8.00am and 9.00am, our reception is extremely busy, for Safeguarding purposes, our attention is on the children. Please try to avoid those time if you can.

For queries that are generic to your whole class (eg/ confirmation of specific project or trip details or equipment needs) in there first instance speak with your Class Rep who may be best placed to contact the school and relay information back to the parent body as a whole.

  • The Class Rep supports the school and the Class Teacher.

They are a great conduit for information and a useful point of contact for class parents wanting additional information for help with trips or queries around eg/ project work details.

They can liaise with their Class Teacher/School team to relay information to the group - reducing time and admin on both sides and ensuring all parents know of any additional details.

They are the central point between the school and class parents for helping to organise parent support for trips, events and fundraising.
