To arrange a meeting with your Class Teacher or if you have a query specific to your child’s learning, please email Parent Comms with the teacher details in the email header
Please include your child’s initials and Class number (rather than child’s full name)
Between 8.00am and 9.00am, our reception is extremely busy, for Safeguarding purposes, our attention is on the children. Please try to avoid those time if you can.
For queries that are generic to your whole class (eg/ confirmation of specific project or trip details or equipment needs) in there first instance speak with your Class Rep who may be best placed to contact the school and relay information back to the parent body as a whole.

The Class Rep supports the school and the Class Teacher.
They are a great conduit for information and a useful point of contact for class parents wanting additional information for help with trips or queries around eg/ project work details.
They can liaise with their Class Teacher/School team to relay information to the group - reducing time and admin on both sides and ensuring all parents know of any additional details.
They are the central point between the school and class parents for helping to organise parent support for trips, events and fundraising.

All pupil absence needs to be reported to our Attendance Lead (everyday they are absent) before school starts. This is a legal requirement.
Please give:
Name of child: Class: Reason for absence: How long you think the child will be absent.

Phone: 0208 858 4404 - choose Attendance. Leave a voicemail if the attendance officer does not answer.
Please ensure you are reporting your child’s absence (everyday) before school starts.
Note, this is a legal requirement and will be followed up if not reported.
Do not contact your class teacher or tell the receptionist about your child’s absence as it may not be passed on to the Attendance Lead.

We’re just 15 minutes from London Bridge and less than 30 minutes to Cannon St, Kings Cross, Charing Cross and Dartford, with connections to Clapham, Peckham, Victoria and beyond from nearby Blackheath Rail.
Our Kindergarten, Lower & Middle School are based at Woodlands, Myceane Road, our Upper School is based in Charlton House.
